Amber Necklaces
These are natural genuine baltic soothe teething necklaces for babies and children. Also available in adult sizes, please contact me for more information regarding this. An Amber Necklace can be worn from birth but ideally about 3 months+. As the misery of teething can last up to the age of 2 it is never too late to try one. However the earlier your child wears one they are less likely to notice it.
Amber is a hard translucent, fossilised resin that originates from extinct coniforous trees. Amber is known for its natural analgesic properties that occur when it is warmed up by skin contact. It is said to boost the immune system, reduce inflammation and help the healing of wounds.
Every bead is indivdually knotted either side to prevent a choking hazard. It is however important to note though these necklaces are not toys, and should not be chewed. It is also advised to remove them at bedtime. The beads are also strung on silk thread and the necklace fastens with a twist screw clasp. Although the silk thread is very strong, it may break under a lot of pressure. If the necklace does break however, because of the knotting only one bead will come away.
Please note; these are not toys and should not be treated as so. They should not be chewed on and it is advised to remove at bedtime. Please only allow your child to wear under supervision.
