Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible as long as it is in stock. If you order an item we have ran out of we will do our upmost to order the product as soon as possible and, where neccesary we will have it delivered directly to you. This is however not always possible, we will contact you in the event of any of these difficulties occuring.
Returns
If you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may return them for a refund within 7 days, please contact me beforehand to arrange return. The goods are to be returned at your own expense. Goods should be in an unused resaleable condition, with their original packaging. The refund excludes the cost of post/carriage of goods to yourself. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods in their original condition. It is advised to obtain proof of postage although that is not proof of delivery unless sent recorded/special delivery. When returning items please remember to include your details so I can track the order back to you.
Guarantee
If a fault develops on an item you have purchased within the first 28 days of receipt, we will give you a replacement or refund upon return of the original product. Same policies apply as with returns but if an item is proved to be faulty your postage (upto the value of recorded delivery) will also be refunded. Refunds will not be given for items that have been clearly tampered with.
